Mechanic & Construction Facilities, Tool, & Equipment Manager, Full-time
Seeking an organized mechanic interested in expanding their professional skills in the construction industry. This position is responsible for tool inventory, maintenance of heavy equipment and trucks, and coordinates material deliveries at the construction yard. We are willing to train the right applicant in tool and yard management systems.
Finish Carpenter, Full-time
Monday through Thursday - 7:30am - 4:30pm | Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm

Job Summary
Specialty landscape and design construction company seeks skilled carpenter (framing and finish carpentry) interested in applying their professional skills in the construction industry. This position is responsible for residential and commercial carpentry.

Home improvements
Remodeling
Additions
Kitchen/doors/windows
Concrete form work
Siding
Mill work
Qualifications and Skills
Familiarity with a variety of hand and construction tools
Must have portable tools. Larger tools will be supplied.
Interest and experience in establishing and maintaining systems of organization
Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful
Communicate effectively with colleagues
Work with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements and Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, climb, walk, lift/carry (up to 100 lbs.) pull, push, grasp, reach, type or key, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, distinguish color, see clearly near and far with or without corrective lenses, speak (English required, Spanish preferred), hear, drive, and operate machinery with foot or leg controls. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The work environment for this position is both indoors and outdoors and not climate controlled. The employee is exposed to high and low temperatures, a variety of weather, and potentially noisy environments.

Compensation starts at $42/hr. and is dependent on experience.
